    Great for solo travelers

    The pool area was great, really relaxing and quiet. The reception staff, especially the poolside team, were amazing, really attentive to my needs .

    It definitely wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the overall experience.

    The resort lacks modern upgrades, with issues like a broken bathroom sliding door and noisy mornings thanks to housekeeping!!! The limited gym and smoking in family areas need addressing for a luxurious experience!!!

    The hotel was fairly clean, wonderful, had enthusiastic staff from driver to doormen to waiters. We were upgraded to a spotless room with a view of the garden maybe. The location was very central, favourable in the restaurant for long time. Everything was simply perfect.

    Really good service throughout our stay

    Waking up each morning to the serene gardens and delicious breakfast options. Every detail was thoughtful and well executed by the staff.

    We did notice some noise from the adjacent rooms. It disrupted our tranquility a bit during the evenings, unexpected for such a high-end resort.

    The hotel sits conveniently close to the hustle and bustle of jemaa el-fnaa and the serene beauty of menara gardens. The lovely pool area provided a perfect retreat after exploring the city.     The gardens seemed like an enchanting oasis, filled with palm trees and vibrant flowers. I loved lounging by the expansive pools, where the attentive staff always made sure my sunbed was stocked with fresh towels. Every meal I enjoyed was a good experience, from breakfast at the terrace to evening cocktails at sunset.
